Does Bugarach in France really have an upside down hill ?
What would an upside down mountain implicate ?
At times it has been called " the mystic mountain ". By at least the reasoning of this UFOlogist the upside down hill, aka, the Pech de Bugarach, has also been called " The Crossroads of the Four Winds " . The mountain is a dormant volcano she states.

What does upside down hill really mean ?
We find that answer in regards to the upside down hill in Bugarach, France, on Wikipedia under the sub heading of Bugarach Geography when they state, and we quote....
Bugarach is at the foot of Pic de Bugarach, a 1230 metres ( 4, 040 ft ) mountain peak and the highest summit in the Corbieres (my edit ...with and accent on the first e ) mountains. The peak is also being called the " upside down mountain " as the top layers of rock are older than the lower layers due to uplift of the Pyranees." .....the upside down hill is also located on the Green Meridian....same source
What do experts have to say about upside down hills or mountains ?
Well without getting to geeky or technically involved the best reasoning we can come up with is something like " upside down hills " like the one in Bugarach, France defy the standard sequencing of rock where the younger layer is on top and the older layer is on the bottom of the mountain....this has something to do with the principle of superposition....etc...ad geeky infinitum....
But what does the Bugarach Hill have to do with Lemuria, Atlantis, underworlds, UFO's, religion even, etc....
That we continue to discover................
But leave you with this quote...

MAGIC MOUNTAIN
Bugarach, with a population of just 200, has long been considered magical, partly due to what locals claim is an "upside-down mountain" where the top layers of rock are older than the lower ones.
The Internet is awash with myths about the place -- that the mountain is surrounded by a magnetic force, that it is the site of a concealed alien base, or even that it contains an underground access to another world.
And now many have seized on it as the ultimate refuge with Doomsday rapidly approaching.

"The Mayan calendar is at the center of a cultural phenomenon. To some, 2012 will bring the end of time; to others, it carries the promise of a new beginning; to still others, 2012 provides an explanation for troubling new realities - environmental change, for example - that seem to go beyond the control of our technology and impervious to reason. Just in time for the final five-year countdown, the Mayan apocalypse has come of age."

I disagree....Can't find any source from a university or reputable company/scientist who dated the layers of this mountain and that is is seen as a fact in the scientific world. this seems more like some myth people are saying to make the mountain look mystical where it is actually not. Now, they state: "Please ensure you do not use any uncited statements"
This theory that the older rock is at top and younger rock at the bottom is uncited, and a myth thus untrue. go get your facts straight before you make uneducated claims like this. Else give a reliable source for your claims. wiki aint a reliable. you first need to check even cited information in wiki to make sure it is reliable. as the wiki people stated: "check the sources on cited statements before using"
