Wisdom and Well th Management

Wisdom - Ancient teachings and not so ancient teachings are full of knowledge based on sensible thinking and decision making. The Nazarean Jesus is likely the most seeked master of mysterious knowledge that is followed by humans. However the list of wise masters is long and the list includes people of every religion known to humanity. The same list of wise men or women would have to include members of secular societies in business, in education, and in politics.

Wisdom is the decision makers’ magic. True wisdom is only perceivable in retrospect. The magicians’ wand casts a spell on an objective. The learned magi will have the knowledge, sense, insight and experience to concoct magical formulas that will cause conditions to enhance or resolve any objective to life. The end results justify the means.

All intelligence is not necessarily wisdom, therefore not all learning leads to wise decision making and to the rise to power of leaders who are prepared to fight for the betterment of life through seeking the fulfillment of essential health for all involved.

Life and Well th Management

Living - Life is full of energy and excitement. Anything that exists in the physical world is said to be alive. To Christians, Genesis, the first book of Moses explains that to humans all other life was given to care for and to nurture for their betterment. The essentials of life for humans is in the abundance of all else that the universal creation provided.

Essentials of Life and Well th Management

Essential - Water and nourishment are the most basic elements of life. Protection from natural elements that can cause arm to the body or mind also tops the list of necessities for any living being. Inclusion into society through love and acceptance is also essential because it fires the energy and excitement and sparks the will to grow. Achievement of the most basic needs of life builds one’s self esteem and encourages the living to push the limits of achievement.

Learning and Well th Management

Learning - It is innate to learn. The earliest development of life is a learning process on several levels and the programming of individual returns learnt behaviour that makes each person unique in characteristics. Learning development is inclusive of biological aspects, physical aspects, mental and spiritual aspects. What we learn in the earliest moments of life give the impression that we are at the mercy of cryptic masters with knowledge of disciplines that bring about the breath of life. That which we learn as we grow from our cocoon is more and more based on conscious decision making. Our conscience develops and we become evermore individualized as the layers of personality divide our perception of reality. With age we become more curious about abstract and complex elements of life. We become evermore curious about life and we seek self fulfillment based on wise choices if we have any self respect. Those who fall short of achieving the most basic and essentials of life often fall into patterns of self neglect. Learning can make masters of anyone. One can learn and program life to be a journey of joy while another can write the code of self conduct that leads to living a life abundant with horror and anxiety. What can be said of an individual can be equally applied to group consciousness.

Well th Management - Are we there yet ?

Wisdom is a double edged sword. Or is it ? In its’ most divine form wisdom should perhaps only apply to decision making and actions that lead an individual or group towards the betterment of life. However many learnt people would like to be considered wise since they have mastered a discipline and are able to teach their magic to others. Similarly many learnt people are affluent leaders in society since they have mastered the rules of wealth distribution which makes the world go round. Or does it ? Wisdom when adapted to wellness of society and the individual is the direct opposite of foolishness. A learnt professional person can be a great fool. A learnt professional person who is also a leader can be a very dangerous fool.

Wisdom and foolishness are learnt behaviour. What one learns one can also teach. Decisions are made and actions are taken both by fools and by wise people. On an individual level such decisions and actions seldom ripple much further than in the immediate surroundings of the decision maker. Leaders however are responsible for group actions through their decisions. Sometimes these leaders are elected. At other times these leaders rise to power through bloodline or from the reasoning of a small group of familiarily spirited individuals. Regardless of how a person becomes a powerful leader it is true that the WELLness of those they lead is likely to match the wisdom or foolishness of the elect. The elect is sometimes autonomous and all powerful as is the case in autocratic societies. In democratic societies the elect is simply the prime resident of a nation and the president who must attend to the debates and decisions of senators, governors, ministers, mayors, counselors. etc….

Experience is a tool to help one learn. Knowledge in any discipline is another learning tool that can be had by studying the works of others. The understanding of experience and knowledge and the practical application of only the knowledge and experience which leads all humans to achieve the essentials of life first and foremost is great wisdom. Awareness is without doubt a double edged sword. Awareness of knowledge and experience that leads to the deterioration of society as a whole is often used to control the divine generosity of the creator of the tree of life. Control and manipulation of wealth by the few is a matter of fact in our world. It happens in democratic societies as well as in autocratic societies.

Money and Well th Management

We are programmed to believe that money is our means of civility. Money makes the world go round is a fallacy. Money is simply a tool used by the most elite and affluent who never get enough money. While the pursuit of happiness is often said to be a divine right, the actualization of happiness can only happen when the distribution of wealth allows all individuals to obtain the essentials of life. In order for the elite to continue acquiring more physical wealth they need to convince or manipulate leaders into writing rules of conduct that includes the distribution of wealth amongst the whole population of the planet. Money doesn’t flow in a circular orbit and it certainly doesn’t always reach far out into the outer circle. In situations where money is manipulated it flows in a centripetal manner always towards the center of a circle where the masters of wealth through finance are active. This money filter delivers wealth to those who are already wealthy and who occupy the inner circle. If the management of wealth and the distribution of wealth is to be fair and include both insiders and the vast majority who occupy the space outside the inner circle then foolishness is to not question the wisdom and integrity of those who print wealth from us and who are but a subgroup of people with power over the greater human population.

Foolishness is to not defend the WELLness of all through the fair distribution of life essentials and it is unwise to blindly accept that the WELLness of the elite and the leaders is intact.
